On receipt of the booking form, we will start to confirm the accommodation and all other arrangements for your holiday. Ater the confirmation is done in all sections (Accomodation, Transportation, Special Request Etc.), you will receive a confirmation email and your holiday confirmation (Payment) invoice from our end, informing you about the confirmation details. Once you receive that communication from us, Than a contract between you and Aly Tours is established.

A contract exists between us only when a confirmation invoice is issued to you. In case the particular accommodation (Hotel | Houseboat | Camps | Resorts) or similar category of accomodation is not available, we will offer a suitable alternative to you. If the alternative offered by us is not of an acceptable standard, we will return the deposit and no booking will arise and the contract automatically gets wiped off, in that scenario we will not be held responsible to provide any form of services to you regarding your Holiday.




Payment for the holiday is due 02 weeks prior to your arrival in Jammu & Kashmir. If the payment is not received by the due date, you will receive a reminder from your end and in case if the payments are not relased after the reminder as well than we may treat the booking as cancelled. We will retain your advance deposit.

If you have booked your holiday within 03 weeks of the date of departure, than the total cost of the holiday will be payable at the time of booking as the Hotels | Houseboats | Camps | Resorts require a full payment to confirm accommodation. In such cases we will notify you and ask for a deposit payment for those Hotels | Houseboats | Camps | Resorts.
